Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Training Course
DATE: Monday 24 January 2020
TIME: 09:30 to 16:30
VENUE: 61 Hargham Road, Attleborough, NR17 2HG
Emergency First Aid for Businesses
Have you ever wondered what would happen if one of your colleagues suffered a serious burn, a deep cut, or even a heart attack at work?
Who would know what to do in a medical emergency?
And is your workplace compliant with Health & Safety regulations? (Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, duty of care is placed on employers to ensure the well-being of employees and the public.)
Even if just one person in the workplace is trained in emergency first-aid, it could make all the difference to someone’s life. It might even mean that a life is saved. In the event of a medical emergency, a trained first-aider will have the knowledge and the confidence to take charge and to co-ordinate team support.
I Just Want to Learn First Aid
However, first-aid training doesn’t have to be a workplace formality. For those who are interested in learning about first aid, who want to be in a position to relieve suffering and to minimise long-term effects of injury, this course is ideal. You’ll take away with you the knowledge and the skills that might one day save a life.
